ARTICLE 1 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made by Safa Store on the website www.safastoreonline.com. They apply to non-professional customers wishing to purchase the products offered (prayer rugs and accessories). The sale is concluded subject to product availability. The Customer declares having read and accepted these T&Cs before placing the order.

ARTICLE 2 – Prices
The prices of the products are those in effect on the site at the time of the order, expressed in Euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are additional and calculated during the order. Payment is due in full at the time of the order. An invoice is provided at the time of delivery.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders
The Customer selects the products on the site, adds them to their cart, and then confirms the order. Any order is final after payment. In case of an error, the Customer must report it immediately. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute.

ARTICLE 4 – Payment
Payment is secure and made during the order. Products are only sent after full payment. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality of the Customer's banking data.

ARTICLE 5 – Delivery
Products are delivered in mainland France and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier. The Customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. In case of non-compliance, the Customer has 14 days to make a claim.

ARTICLE 6 – Transfer of Ownership
The transfer of ownership of the products occurs only after full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned products must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. Refunds or exchanges will occur within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

ARTICLE 8 – Liability – Guarantees
The Seller guarantees the conformity of the products and their absence of hidden defects. In case of non-conformity or defect, the Customer may request a refund, replacement, or repair. The Seller’s liability is limited to the costs related to the replacement or refund of the products.

ARTICLE 9 – Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for order management and will be used solely for this purpose. The Customer can exercise their rights of access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting the Seller at the provided address.
